Who we are
This website is published by Insight Solutions SA, Avenue Hassan II, Résidence Ifrane, Magasin 9, Agdal, Rabat, Morocco. For anything related to your data, write to contact@insightsolutions.ma.
What this site collects
The only data this site collects is what you type in the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject you choose and your message. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. It is delivered to our company mailbox and is not shared with third parties or used for marketing without your consent.
Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and troubleshooting, kept for a limited time by our hosting provider.
Cookies and video embeds
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics service.
Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play. When you do, YouTube may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under Morocco’s Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete the data you sent us. Write to contact@insightsolutions.ma and we will answer within one month.
The platforms we operate
The operations platforms we run for cities and operators are governed by the contract signed with each contracting authority, including where the data is hosted and who can access it. The data describes operations: vehicles, containers, routes, tasks and their status. Personal data is kept to the minimum the service needs and protected by role-based access.
AI access to a platform is strictly read-only, uses each person’s own platform login, inherits their exact scope and records every request in an audit log. Our edge-AI cameras transmit detections, never video footage.
